Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Charge: Oversee the entire store operation, guiding and inspiring your team like a seasoned general leading troops to victory.
Money Maestro: Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory control, and asset protection. Investigate discrepancies like Sherlock Holmes to safeguard our treasure.
Team Transformer: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor store personnel, turning them into a squad of retail superheroes.
Customer Whisperer: Assist with customer orders, verify references, and charm your way into additional business.
Operational Ninja: Maintain impeccable records, safeguard property, and ensure everyone follows the company policies (no ninjas left behind).
Sales Sorcerer: Boost store business and manage customer accounts, casting spells to increase revenue and keep customers enchanted.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and a good driving record. Rent-to-own experience is a plus, but your restaurant management magic is what we're after.
Physical Prowess: Comfortable with lifting up to 75 pounds and working in varied environments (think of it as your daily workout, no gym membership needed).
Leadership Legend: Excel in leading teams, juggling multiple priorities, and making quick, effective decisions (like a pro juggler but with fewer balls and more responsibilities).
Customer Champion: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and handling the emotional and mental stress of managing people and situations (meditation skills a bonus).
