Responsibilities:
- Help develop and administer stormwater programs, track project profitability, and coordinate site activities, office work, proposals, and billing efforts to create value for our clients.
- Working with existing senior technical resources, this position will evaluate and resolve client’s regulatory compliance needs through site audits, design and
- implementation of innovative Best Management Practices (BMPs) and source control applications.
- Provide NPDES permit assistance; and plan and prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).
- Experience with the Industrial Stormwater General Permit (ISGP) and/or Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) is preferred.
Requirements:
- B.S. or equivalent experience in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Natural Science
- 5-10 years providing stormwater solutions in construction, commercial, municipal, and/or industrial market sectors.
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, business development skills and technical capabilities are all required.
- Must be knowledgeable with construction and industrial BMPs for stormwater, NPDES permit requirements, and SWPPP implementation strategies. QSP, QSD, CESSWI, CPESC, and CPSWQ certificates are preferred, but not required.
- Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills combined with demonstrated leadership ability to independently manage projects in a fast-paced environment, maintain clients relationships and provide support/mentoring of staff through effective training and delegation.
