Job Description: As an Airbnb Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our rental properties, ensuring a seamless experience for guests while maximizing occupancy rates and revenue for property owners. Your role will involve everything from guest communication and property maintenance to marketing and financial management. Key Responsibilities: • Guest Communication:Respond promptly to inquiries and booking requests. Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's stay, including check-in and check-out processes. • Property Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. • Marketing and Listings:Create and manage compelling property listings on Airbnb and other platforms. Utilize SEO strategies to enhance visibility and attract potential guests. • Pricing Strategy:Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize rental rates and occupancy. Adjust pricing dynamically based on demand fluctuations. • Maintenance Coordination:Schedule and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. • Financial Management:Track expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports for property owners. Ensure timely payment of bills and property-related expenses. • Compliance:Ensure properties comply with local regulations and Airbnb policies. Stay informed about changes in laws affecting short-term rentals. • Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and amenities for each property, ensuring a high standard of quality for guests. Qualifications: • Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously. • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. • Availability for on-call support, including evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms. • A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. • Bilingual skills are a plus. Responsibilities: • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Some weekend and evening hours required • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Compensation: $68,000
