    INSIDE SALES POSITION (EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT SETTING) JOB SUMMARY

    We’re looking for a full-time REMOTE inside sales representative to join our growing team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into appointments. (This role operates on Eastern Standard Time)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Assist in development of cold call messaging

    ·         Cold calling of approved prospective client companies and titles (AP Director, Controller, VP Finance, VP Purchasing/Supply Chain, etc.)

    ·         Recording and maintenance of information in HubSpot CRM

    ·         Engaging prospects in discussions related to Accounts Recovery Auditing to gain information and further qualify

    ·         Follow up email communication including Outlook, Zoom and/or Teams meeting invitations

    ·         Scheduling of appointments – conference call and/or on-site meetings with qualified leads to generate new business

    ·         Assist SAS management with other Business Development needs as necessary/requested

    ·         Research prospective client organizations and obtain contacts

     

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    ·         High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred

    ·         2-3 years of sales/cold calling experience converting prospect contacts into appointments

    ·         B2B SALES/COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE WITH MID-LARGE COMPANIES

    ·         Experience in selling solutions or services (preferred)

    ·         Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process

    ·         Ability to quickly engage with others and build relationships with Director and C-suite level

    ·         Some knowledge of Accounting/Accounts Payable (preferred)

    ·         Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and customer service skills

    ·         Must be persistence, diligent, an independent worker, and a problem solver

    ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)

     

    SALARY RANGE: $42,000 - $45,000

    BENEFITS: Commissions and Bonus
