    We are seeking an experienced team member to grow our organization, with new business development opportunities, working on high-value and critical healthcare, life sciences, insurance, scientific, and other commercial-focused positions in new industries. The Strategic Client Consultant will develop and maintain new client relationships to grow the business in organizations both inside and outside of Indiana. The Strategic Client Consultant is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems and recruitment process effectiveness or has a strong willingness to learn. This person should be exceptional at developing and maintaining relationships and should have strong attention to detail while being able to see the big picture.

    The position will be based in Indiana, willing to come in the office, and will be hybrid long-term with occasional travel (15%). Currently, we host an annual training and meeting with the team in Fishers, Indiana, as well as quarterly meetings as schedules permit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing new relationships with organizations; focusing on new business development and client relationships.
    • Meeting new clients and potential clients and developing business.
    • Finding additional business development partnership opportunities within the target client base.
    • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to develop new opportunities and present candidates that meet client profiles and/or present talent pools for current and future engagements.
    • Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
    • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
    • Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
    • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.
    • Building scope of work.
    • A strong focus will be on business development, developing new relationships, and presenting our services.
    • Conduct professional sales presentations of our candidates and services to potential new clients.
    • Travel to/from appointments and complete assessments of clients’ needs.
    • Demonstrated success achieving key account goals and growing key account revenue inclusive of hunting and winning new business.
    • Experience in revenue forecasting (weekly).
    • Experience managing a multi-state territory and prospecting new accounts.
    • Superb relationship building skills.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in sales selling service with strong tenure.
    • Strong demonstrated sales metrics.
    • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated mindset along with detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and ability to see the big picture.

    Required Skills:

    • 5+ years of sales experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).

    Job Summary:

    In this role, you will make direct, proactive contact with desired corporate prospects at various organizational levels (C-suite to manager) via phone, text, e-mail, and/or in-person (coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner) to initiate and cultivate new clients. This is a hunter position to build new business. This includes identifying and securing searches within designated functions with a local focus and national reach.

    You will report to Stacey McCreery, CEO & President, and join a hardworking and passionate team.

    Job Requirements:

    • The successful candidate should have 5+ years of professional experience.
    • Prior sales is preferred and will also consider candidates with a background in sales, or management consulting.
    • You should be a highly motivated, strong work ethic, accountable, high integrity self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
