An award winning civil engineering firm in Temple Hills, MD is hiring for a Fleet Operations Manager to join their growing team. This is a key hire that will help manage the cost and fleet operations of a business unit consisting of 45 vehicles and 15 pieces of equipment, including excavators. This role is crucial in managing their fleet, ensuring optimal asset utilization, and maintaining high standards of vehicle performance and safety. This hire will also manage $50-100k per month in terms of fleet budget. 

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management of operations management 
• Proficiency in fleet management software and GPS tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field of study

Nice to have:

• Regulatory knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance requirements
• Previous experience working in operations within the construction industry
