We’re supporting a client in their search for Estimators at various experience levels to assist with restoration projects across multiple building systems. This role involves hands-on project management, from budgeting to quality control, as well as ensuring accurate cost estimation, resource allocation, and timely project completion to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate budgets, timelines, and resources with project teams.
• Evaluate project plans, subcontractor bids, and proposals.
• Manage documentation, including schedules and change orders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with restoration project estimating or relevant construction estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore).
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
