A well-known family-owned fashion retailer in Cranston, RI is hiring for both Senior and Staff level Accountants to join their growing team. This role will be critical in assisting the daily financial activities of the organization. You’ll be responsible for managing all balance sheet accounts from reconciliation through resolutions, as well as conducting financial and cost analysis of balance sheet and income statements - just to name a few of the main responsibilities.

Required:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles and all stages of the accounting lifecycle
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field of study

Nice to have:

• Domain experience working within the consumer goods industry (fashion, retail, electronics, etc.)
• Prior experience working in public accounting
• Knowledge of Great Plains accounting software
