Field Engineer Opportunity

Location: Must live in the Los Angeles area and be able to work at various locations around Los Angeles 

Compensation: Up to $65k-$110k Base Salary + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage field office duties to ensure project profitability and schedule adherence
• Utilize project management software for efficient workflow management
• Analyze budget and cost reports, including quantities and labor hours
• Prepare and maintain RFI’s, submittals, transmittals, and logs
• Assist in project scheduling and documentation management
• Track procurement items and maintain updated project files
• Support job site management and completion of punch-list work

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent certification
• Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
