Senior Cost Estimator - Commercial Construction

Location: 5x a week on-site in Woodland Hills, CA

Salary: Up to $85,000 - $200,000 (DOE) + Benefits

A leading commercial construction firm in the San Fernando Valley is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate cost estimates for large-scale concrete projects
• Analyze productivity rates and material costs
• Prepare detailed bids for multi-story structures

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in concrete estimation for major commercial projects
• Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Familiarity with California construction practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced digital modeling experience
• Knowledge of innovative concrete techniques
