We're looking for a talented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our client’s growing team! You'll play a key role in ensuring our construction projects run smoothly by handling all aspects of payable for both general office expenses and project-related costs.

Title: Accounts Payable Accountant

Location: 5x a week On-Site in Woodland Hills, CA

Compensation: Up to $50k - $80k Base + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• G&A & Project Payables
• Invoice Processing & Sage 300 Entry
• Budget Monitoring & Reporting
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management
• Project Closeouts & Communication

Qualifications:

• Accounts Payable experience (construction a plus)
• Accounting software proficiency (Sage 300)
• Strong analytical & communication skills
