A leading U.S. investment manager with a global presence in Europe and Asia Pacific seeks a Fund Accountant to manage accounting functions for its diverse portfolio of close-ended and open-ended funds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company’s continued growth, with a clear path for advancement to a Senior Fund Accountant position.

Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end close functions
• Bank reconciliations
• General ledger management
• Reconciliations, capital activities, cash flows, payables
• Preparation of fund-related financial statements
• Assist with investment acquisitions

Required:

• 2+ years of professional accounting experience
• Strong understanding of and previous professional adherence to GAAP or IFRS
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field of study
• Strong experience with Microsoft Suite

Nice to have:

• Industry experience in real estate, private equity or investment accounting
• Yardi
• Advanced Excel
• Public accounting experience
• CPA or CPA track
