    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Stream Realty Partners is seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Marketing Manager to lead and elevate marketing initiatives for our Stream Florida market. This is a career-defining opportunity to act as the regional marketing leader, partnering with senior leadership and sales professionals to develop strategies that drive measurable business growth, inspire creative excellence, and position Stream as a market leader.

    This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and an enterprising spirit to deliver marketing programs that differentiate Stream in a highly competitive industry. Operating within a matrixed environment, you will collaborate across local, regional and national experts to align goals, resources, and strategies while spearheading innovative approaches that integrate all facets of marketing and sales enablement tactics into every stage of the sales funnel.

    You will report to the East Regional Strategic Marketing Director and the Executive Managing Director for Stream Florida, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven marketing strategies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a compelling marketing strategy that sets Stream Florida apart in the marketplace, supports business growth objectives, and strengthens the Stream Florida brand.
    • Pursuit Marketing Excellence: Lead pursuit strategies, presentations, and proposals by crafting high-impact narratives, leveraging data visualization, integrating technology, and guiding content that resonates with clients and differentiates Stream.
    • Property Marketing Expertise: Oversee property marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring that each asset is uniquely positioned to attract tenants or buyers. Utilize innovative and tailored prop-tech, digital marketing, data-driven insights, and creative storytelling to amplify property value and market appeal.
    • Social Media Strategy: Design and implement innovative social media campaigns to amplify Stream's voice, drive engagement, and support brand awareness. Identify emerging trends and leverage multiple social media platforms to connect with key audiences with a B2B2C approach.
    • Collaborative Marketing Innovation: Partner with sales and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver creative solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement best-in-class marketing practices.
    • PR and Market Positioning: Drive impactful PR placement strategies to showcase Stream's expertise and achievements across all business lines.
    • Operational Excellence: Manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to brand standards.
    • Matrixed Team Leadership: Navigate organizational structure, aligning resources and strategies across local, regional, and national teams to achieve marketing goals.
    • Mentorship and Team Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and excellence. Continuously evaluate team performance and implement strategies to optimize workflows and efficiency.
    • Brand Integrity: Serve as the local brand champion, ensuring all materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines and elevate Stream’s visual and verbal identity.

    • Matrixed Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment, balancing the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
    • Visionary Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams while managing diverse projects with minimal direction.
    • Sales Enablement Acumen: Strong background in using sales enablement tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
    • Client-Centric Focus: Commitment to delivering superior client service with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with meticulous attention to grammar, style, and detail.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in commercial real estate is strongly preferred.
    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years related experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm.
