    Job Description

    This position is contingent on contract award.

    International SOS is looking for an individual who is an experienced Strategic Planner to formulate, analyze, and implement long-term strategies that align with national defense objectives and enhance operational effectiveness. This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments of geopolitical environments, resource allocations, and military capabilities to inform decision-making and ensure readiness for future missions. The Strategic Planner collaborates with various stakeholders to develop actionable plans that support the military’s strategic goals and enhance overall mission success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Researches, gathers, and analyzes information to recommend updates to existing policies and procedures.
    • Offers solutions to improve strategic and operational planning.
    • Prepares reports on strategy ideas and presents research finding to senior management.
    • Aligns processes, resources planning and department goals with overall strategy and provides support an insight into significant organizational changes.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements/Certifications:

    • One to three (1-3) years' experience in strategic planning.

    Education Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study required.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Work is normally performed in a typical interior or office work environment.
    • Work involves sitting, standing, climbing stairs for prolonged periods of time.
    • May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs.

    Other Special Qualifications:

    • Must have or be able to obtain required clearances.

    Additional Information

    Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

    Compensation| Min: $33hr Max: $36hr
