    Job Description

    ATS (American Technology Services) is seeking a skilled and dynamic professional for the role of Procurement, Contracts, Vendor, and Project Strategy Manager. This position emphasizes strategic procurement while integrating contract management, vendor relationships, and project oversight. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, negotiating, and building long-term vendor partnerships that align with ATS's operational and business goals. Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments is a plus

    Procurement Management

    • Lead sourcing efforts for IT services, software, hardware, and a variety of vendors to meet organizational needs.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and contracts to ensure value and long-term partnerships.
    • Align procurement strategies with company goals, including operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
    • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to support procurement projects and initiatives.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

    Contract Management

    • Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts with vendors and clients.

    • Ensure all contracts comply with organizational policies and deliver measurable value.

    • Maintain and update contract templates to reflect evolving business needs.

    • Serve as a supporting member of the legal team and the Contract Management Center of Expertise team to develop and implement consistent standards, processes, metrics, solutions, templates, and tools to improve and facilitate best-in-class business and contract processes within the contract management function.

    Vendor Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support procurement and business operations.
    • Monitor vendor performance and address issues to optimize service delivery.
    • Develop strategies to enhance vendor collaboration and reliability.

    Project Management

    • Oversee procurement-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

    • Manage project scoping processes using SharePoint and Power Automate.

    • Maintain and manage a SharePoint-based CRM to support sales and operational workflows.

    Specialized Processes

    • Document and update client onboarding processes, focusing on initial setup workflows and service integration plans.

    • Create standardized sales process documentation utilizing tools like Visio for process mapping and workflow visualization.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • At least 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor management, ideally within the IT or MSP industries.
    • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with finance and sales teams.
    • Expertise in managing vendor relationships and driving long-term partnerships.
    • Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and CRM tools.
    • Project management experience, with certifications such as PMP or Agile preferred.
    • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
