Zeus Jones is looking for a Minneapolis-based Strategist with 3-5+ years of experience to join our team.

Our strategy department specializes in solving complex problems and creating meaning from unexpected inputs all in service of building brands that mean something in the world. Our strategists have the ability to find “the why” behind intersecting cultural themes, audience research and category observations. They also have the ability to craft, shape and articulate strategies, work with creatives to bring unique expressions into the world and the conviction to bring clients on board. This role will put your natural curiosity to work to build and express brand meaning for clients across industries, categories and cultural niches.

Essential experience:

• 3-plus years working in brand strategy, brand management, marketing, or management consulting. Or any other role that demanded creating solutions from ambiguous inputs.
• Strong verbal skills, strong storytelling skills, and excellent interpersonal relationship-building skills
• Experience working in cross-disciplinary and collaborative teams
• Experience navigating feedback from clients or peers
• Experience creating ideas based on loose or undefined inputs

This job is based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. We are a hybrid workplace, with Tuesday-Thursday as days in office.

Salary range is $75,000 - $115,000 depending on experience.
