Responsibilities:
- Support public relations management and local community affairs
- Plan and arrange PR activities and events
- Manage all advertising and procurement of promotional items
- Manage company website and social media accounts
- Write press releases, speeches, and internal reports
- Coordinate with vendors regarding project execution, billing, and quality control
- Support projects and tasks assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of applicable experience within a corporate setting
- Proven experience in public relations, advertising, and event planning for an international corporation
- Degree in International Business, Marketing and Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Mandarin preferred
- Must be authorized to legally work for any company in the US
