Due to the newness of green industry in the Texas market there is a massive shortage of properly trained solar promotions and salesmen and women. Our high level of success in our extensive staged training program helps to give hard working fast learners a chance to quickly grow through our staged training program with increases in pay as reps pass there certification tests every 90 days from tier 1 to tier 4.

Streamline Energy is looking for high character, hard working, high aptitude individuals who want to grow into a lucrative career in green energy. Streamline Energy works to develop certified solar sales representatives in a 4 to 6 month period. Advancement is dependent on how quickly employees pass staged tests for advancement.

The below is a quick detail of our training program and the compensation associated with each stage of Streamline Certifications:

Compensation: $30/hour minimum in Training Stage 1. $100k and above as sales trainees pass certification tests.
