    Role Description

    This is a part-time on-site role for a Strength And Conditioning Coach at 3rd Street Boxing Gym. The coach will be responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning group classes, enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries, and conducting strength training sessions for clients. The role involves working closely with individuals to help them achieve their fitness goals and improve overall physical fitness.

    Qualifications

    Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning skills

    Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention Knowledge

    Experience in designing and implementing strength training programs

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Certification in Strength and Conditioning or related field

    Ability to work effectively with diverse clientele

    Prior experience working in a fitness or sports setting
