Compass Government Solutions LLC is looking for a Strength and Conditioning Coach to provide services at the Human Performance Training Center, at Kessler AFB, MS. In preparation to bid on this contract, we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.
Strength and Conditioning Coach to work with the HPO program supporting physical performance, readiness, and rehabilitation elements supporting the Line of the Air Force mission aligned with the goal of building resiliency, enhancing human performance, and improving unit mission effectiveness.

Monday – Friday
5:00 AM –7:30 AM and 3:30 PM –6:00 PM
- Conduct strength and conditioning assessments.
- Track individual and program outcomes.
- Modify programs as necessary based on tracked outcomes.
- Coordinate and instruct the organization's strength and conditioning program course according to established guidelines and curriculum.
- Develop innovative approaches for member/operator exercise programs to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Medical Training Office (MTO) to evaluate policies and directives from higher headquarters.
- Advise on the impact and necessary actions to implement and sustain program objectives and requirements.
- Demonstrate appropriate exercise skills, body mechanics, and techniques, including modifications for targeted populations.
- Administer innovative and effective strength and conditioning protocols and exercise prescriptions to maximize physical performance.
- Perform initial analysis of collected data and provide direct feedback on strength and conditioning testing, physical performance trends and improvement, injury avoidance, and recovery.
- Refer personnel with apparent new or undiagnosed medical conditions to a primary care physician for evaluation and treatment.
- Prescribe individual and group exercise prescriptions for Airmen/Guardians with diagnoses including but not limited to obesity, hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, orthopedic injury, tendonitis, fasciitis, stress fracture, shoulder, and low back pain.
