What you do daily:

Give out a FREE stretch and consultation to hot leads & find them a short term program to sign up for

Complete new clients' first initial consultation and come up with treatment plan

Supports the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follows GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

Make calls to missed sales, new clients & current clients through out the day.

Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
