Compensation / Perks:

30-50k/year (base + performance)

If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they will learn and test our modalities and operations. Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager:

Introduces prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them.

Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.

Supports the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follows GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

Make outgoing phone calls to prospective and current clients to make appointments, get feedback, and inform them of our processes and procedures

Helps organize & participates in events from large to small scales

Holds team accountable

Active manager on duty
