Assistant Sales Manager
StretchLab is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to assist our General Manager in overseeing the sales and operations of our StretchLab studios in Solana Beach, CA and Del Mar, CA.

Position:
The ideal Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for helping the General Manager drive studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 70-80% sales and 20-30% customer service and studio operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing, Community Outreach and Networking
Implement the sales process to schedule prospects into 1st time visits
Drive membership sales through outside sales, pop-up and networking events and business development efforts
Consistently hit monthly membership sales targets
Independently make decisions related to high level of customer service and ensure high level of customer service is upheld by all studio staff
Manage customer accounts and questions, including collect outstanding dues and sales
Assist General Manager in supervising Sales Representatives and Flexologists
Proficiency in ClubReady (POS and booking system), to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc
Manage sales team schedule
Work with the GM to coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
Help enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Instill a strong studio culture
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred
Confident in generating personal sales
Ability to work independently and collaborate with General Manager and studio owners
Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via text and email
Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
An affinity and passion for fitness, health, and wellness
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
Experience with face to face customer service
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
Proficiency with computers and Studio software
