Responsibilities: • Analyze building designs and specifications to assess the strength and durability of structures. • Propose new ideas for wall systems and roof assemblies to improve the construction process. • Conduct occasional on-site visits to see our building system in action and ensure compliance with design specifications. • Collaborate with architects and construction teams to develop cost-effective and innovative structural solutions. • Perform complex calculations to determine load-bearing capacity and design structural components accordingly. • Review and approve construction documents, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and safety requirements. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software. • Proficiency with CAD software and construction drawings. • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Mission-driven and motivated to work on a mission-driven team.
