    We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer (E.I. or P.E.) to join our team. This position is open to candidates with any level of experience, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform structural analysis and design for various building types, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects

    Collaborate with architects, clients, and other team members to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions

    Prepare structural calculations and technical reports

    Review and interpret building codes and design standards to ensure project compliance

    Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and other engineering software to create and modify structural drawings

    Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and recommend necessary repairs or modifications

    Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and E.I.T.s as needed

    Continuously stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and trends to maintain expertise and contribute to the growth of the firm

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution

    E.I.T. certification or P.E. license is preferred

    Familiarity with relevant design codes, such as IBC, ASCE 7, and ACI 318

    Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, RISA, ETABS)

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
