Structural Engineer (Entry Level)
Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid | Direct Hire | $60 - $85k

Konik is partnering with a local engineering consultant who is seeking to add an entry-level structural engineer to their team.

Structural Engineer Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of structural designs by applying engineering principles and problem-solving skills.
• Support the creation of technical documents, including calculations, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure structural solutions meet safety and industry standards.
• Utilize design software to analyze and improve structural performance with increasing proficiency.
• Conducts occasional site visits (up to 5% travel) to observe construction progress and prepare evaluation reports.

Structural Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design.
• Previous internship experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering design codes and construction standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally for on-site project evaluations.
