    What You Will Do :

    • Design, model, and simulate structural systems for data center projects, including steel and concrete structures.
    • Perform advanced structural calculations, including bearing structures and load determinations.
    • Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including calculations, schematic designs, detailed designs, and construction drawings.
    • Utilize advanced structural design software and BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit) for virtual construction and interdisciplinary coordination.
    • Develop and verify construction drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
    • Conduct structural assessments using point clouds and implement VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) techniques.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
    • Utilize laser scanning technology to document installation states.
    • Collaborate with MEP engineers to ensure seamless integration of structural systems.
    • Report on project progress, highlighting key milestones and addressing potential challenges.

    What We Expect :

    • A bachelor's or master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
    • 15+ years of proven experience in structural engineering, including finite element analysis.
    • Advanced proficiency with structural design software such as Ram, Risa, Staad, Etabs, Tekla, SDS2, SolidWorks, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Robot, and AutoCAD.
    • Demonstrated experience in structural drawings, bearing structure calculations, and load analysis.
    • Deep knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong project management abilities, including the coordination and supervision of on-site activities.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    • A proactive, self-starter mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
    • Experience with data center projects or other large-scale industrial projects is a plus but not required.
    • Possession of a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites in the United States ( Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California, Texas, Colorado, and Virginia ) and Canada.
    • Ability to work from home.
    • Authorization to work in the USA.
