We are searching for another STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT CASE MANAGER to join our team that will assist us in helping personal injury attorneys improve the lives of their clients through structured settlement annuities and settlement planning services. This role includes opportunities for advancement. Our office is located in Fort Worth, Texas (76109 zip code).

Job responsibilities include:

1. Learning to generate structured settlement quotes via software.

2. Generating, reviewing the accuracy of structured settlement quotes/illustrations.

3. Reviewing and coordinating the settlement documents and qualified assignments.

4. Providing great customer service by answering phones and email correspondence.

5. Communicate professionally with existing and new attorney clientele.

6. Maintaining current cases, annuity funding deadlines and daily status updates.

7. Assist in other operational capacities as needed.

Qualifications include:

1. Strong management skills

2. At least 4 years of work experience

3. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office (Excel a plus)

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills

5. Strong organizational skills

6. Ability to follow-up regularly

7. Great multi-tasking skills

8. Bookkeeping a plus

COMPENSATION: $38,000 - $40,000 ANNUALLY. Paydays are the 1st and 15th of each month. Health insurance and 401(k) not included. Two weeks’ vacation with paid time off and one week of sick leave per year. We will pay for you to obtain you Texas Life & Health Insurance License along with occasional training trips around the country.

FULL-TIME IN-OFFICE JOB. HOURS 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY
