Stryde Management is a privately owned, sales, and marketing company located in East Brunswick, NJ. Companies that have traditionally used print and indirect forms of marketing to reach their customers have found more success by outsourcing to Stryde. The Stryde team builds real, long-term, lucrative relationships with business customers on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the nation. Clients love the increased revenue consistency, and direct market expansion they get through working with Stryde Management.
Because we bring our clients revenue they can’t get on their own, we are experiencing increased expansion demand for more offices in more markets. We believe that we can attribute our success to our hands-on training program, and performance-based promotion structure, where market directors are required to learn everything from the ground up.
We are looking to hire an entry level Sales and Marketing Coordinator, that will start out by learning the basics of sales, marketing, and new account acquisition for one of our clients. Once this individual has mastered the basics of entry-level sales and marketing, they will take on other responsibilities within the company such as training and coaching others, and learning to lead a team in a business environment. Our training program is designed to give individuals first-hand experience so that they are able to better, coach, train, and lead in our organization in the future.
