The Little Gym of Highland Heights is hiring passionate part-time team members who love to laugh, run, jump, dance and help kids have a blast. If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking.

A coach :

Introduces 4 mos-12 year olds to an exciting play experience all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.

Teaches amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)

Engages in ongoing training that could lead to certification.

Provides outstanding customer service and membership experience.

Helps with administrative tasks like making phone calls, class announcements and facility upkeep.

Talks to parents about how their kiddo is progressing and build relationships with families.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Organized, coachable and willing to learn.

Required availability to work mornings to early afternoons.

Able to start training immediately.

Must be reliable and available when scheduled as our kiddos depend on you to teach them and have Serious Fun.

Pay is $12-14 per hour.

Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
