Student Outreach & Enrollment Specialist - What You Will Do:
You will drive the student outreach and enrollment for the TRIO Education electrical program, providing potential students the opportunity to change their lives through a career in the trades.
- Identify and reach out to potential students
- Share information about the electrician education program
- Perform student interview to qualify students for the program
- Enroll eligible students into the program, assisting with enrollment paperwork, pre-program screenings and program start
- Ongoing check ins with students through the program for feedback and referrals to additional students
- Build relationships with high schools, community organization and other student sources
- Hosting student outreach and enrollment drives
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective outreach materials (brochures, flyers, social media content)
- Meet cohort student recruitment metrics, monitoring and reporting on goals and actuals
Student Outreach & Enrollment Specialist – You Have:

Student Outreach & Enrollment Specialist – You Might Have:
- A background in admissions, student outreach or educational recruitment
- Bilingual Spanish
Your compensation will be a base salary of $70,000 +, plus variable incentive compensation for reaching goals and KPIs. Anticipated earnings $80,000 to $110,000 ++.
