    Job Description

    Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 12 months contract with potential to extend

    Our client, a renowned hospitality school based in Europe, is looking for a Student Recruitment Advisor that will independently and collaboratively execute strategic recruitment plans to meet ambitious targets. The role involves engaging with students, parents, faculty, alumni, and professional organizations, ensuring effective communication about academic offerings and admissions criteria.

    What you will do:

    • Develop key regional markets to drive application submissions and improve enrollment rates.
    • Manage CRM system for accurate lead follow-ups, data entry, and report to enhance application conversions.
    • Actively promote programs to potential students for two different campuses, addressing inquiries in person or online.
    • Organize and execute online and in-person recruitment events, conduct interviews, and evaluate assessments.
    • Collaborate with marketing to adapt promotional materials, coordinate online sessions and webinars.
    • Build relationships with alumni and professional/government organizations to promote the school and potential financial aid partnerships.
    • Train interns and alumni within the region to assist in recruitment and coordinate their travel and materials.
    • Participate in key events and national conferences, advise on trends to support strategic decision-making.
    • Manage regional budgets and coordinate shipment of marketing materials for recruitment travel.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or Sales and Marketing.
    • Proven experience in student recruitment.
    • Knowledge of secondary and tertiary education systems is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills, especially French, are highly valued.
    • International experience (study, work, or travel abroad).
    • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage stress and adapt to constant change.
    • Willingness to travel, including some weekend work.
    • Legal eligibility to work in the assigned region.

    Additional Information

    • This role involves a high level of travel (approximately 60%).
    • Travel will mainly be in the Northeast of Canada/US but may include occasional travel (once per year) to Europe.
