As Studio Manager, you’ll be the operational and cultural leader of the studio. Your mission: coach a thriving team, ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, and drive business success.

Run a Tight Operation

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sterilization standards.

• Oversee inventory, supplies, and studio appearance.

• Lead by example in creating a well-organized and beautiful space.

Operate Like an Owner

• Manage revenue, labor, and expenses for sustainable growth.

• Hire, train, and retain top talent that aligns with our brand values.

• Collaborate with franchise leadership and ownership for goal setting and support.

• Champion local marketing and community outreach initiatives.

• 2+ years of management experience (beauty or retail preferred)

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• High energy, attention to detail, and a passion for people

• Nail Tech License is a bonus, not required
