We’re seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role mode and leader l for your staff, providing continuous feedback.

Working with guests. All the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.

Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.

Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.

A history of excellence – a life story that shows us that you’re never satisfied with “just OK.”

The ability to work autonomously and to think on your feet. You will be the in studio face of Perspire and you will need to shine.
