We are seeking an individual who has an entrepreneurial spirit that will champion the careers of our Cerologists and business to success. This person must thrive not only on running day-to-day operations but helping the business to grow. This person must be able to confidently manage all aspects of the business from client service, human resource management, local marketing/PR, inventory, and fiscal accountability. This person will also be passionate about the beauty industry, engaged in ongoing learning, and enthusiastic about the local community the studio serves.
Summary
The Studio Manager position is responsible for all day-to-day operation and management of the business and of leading a team to deliver the ultimate client experience.
The Studio Manager will also work closely with owner(s) to help oversee human resource management, public relations/marketing, customer service/relationship management, and fiscal accountability. This position requires accessibility including first point of contact 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Studio Upkeep this includes but not limited to the following; managing cleaning checklist in accordance to the Board of Cosmetology for the treatment rooms & front lobby area. Identifying & reporting any broken or unsafe equipment in the studio to ensure the safety or employees and clients.
P&L Management
Execution of System Wide Promotions and Club Orange Loyalty Program Growth and Retention
Role Scope & Complexity
This role ensures that the business is running at maximum efficiency, the client experience is delivering on expectations and goals, the staff is receiving applicable training and development, and the business is operating at a profit.
The Studio Manager is responsible for oversight of operating according to the laws of the State and that all employees (Cerologists) have the appropriate licenses, abilities to perform the duties assigned, and is adept at delivering a high-end client experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly Reporting: Owner
Indirectly Reporting: Cerologist
Scope of Supervisory Responsibilities: Assists in employee hiring/firing, training and development, disciplinary action, payroll and scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications Required
2-year degree or equivalent
Effective leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate a team to deliver a superior client experience
Exceptional Customer Service
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
Detail Oriented
Marketing Experience
Managing staff and handling the different personalities
Managing Customer Satisfaction and relations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated success in local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
· Familiarity with membership-based business models
Marketing & Community Engagement:
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote the studio and Club Orange memberships.
Represent the studio at community events, chamber of commerce meetings, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
Preferred
Team Leadership & Development:
2 years business and staff management
2 years beauty industry/salon experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
Proven experience to recruit, train, and manage a team of estheticians or cosmetologists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ability to implement ongoing training programs to maintain high service standards and professional growth.
Client Experience & Retention:
Experience with ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and feedback promptly.
Excels in monitoring client satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Operational Excellence:
Excels in overseeing daily studio operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
High proficiency with managing inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting to optimize studio performance.
