Studio Manager, Perspire Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave

We are proud to open our brand new, state-of-the-art sauna studio at Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave this December. Our Studio Manager will set a positive tone for our team and ensure we meet our goals for customer service and sales. The Studio Manager guarantees guests have a relaxing and consistent experience during every visit. They are highly motivated to sell, maintain customer relationships, and foster a positive working environment for the team.

Time Commitment: This is a salaried position and the Studio Manager is expected to work as many as 50 hours per week with at least 40 hours spent at the studio. Weekend shifts are needed at least twice per month.

Studio Hours: Mon-Th (7am-9pm); Fri (7am-7pm); Sat-Sun (8am-7pm)

Preferred Experience/ Traits for Success:

Management: 2 years

Sales: 4 years

Team player, positive attitude, leads by example

Results-driven/ motivated to exceed sales targets

Write with clarity and exhibit an "inbox zero" mentality

Poise, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with dissatisfied guests

Primary Responsibilities

Hire and maintain productive and reliable team by cultivating relationships and leading by example

Maintain strong Membership Sales (measured by conversion percentage and revenue goals.)

Ensure guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service.

Assist with social media marketing and local B2B opportunities.

*Mindbody Software experience is a plus!
