    Job Summary: beem® Light Sauna Pleasanton is hiring a Studio Pre-Sale Marketing & Sales Specialist to serve as a community-facing ambassador for our science-backed infrared and red-light therapy services. This is a temporary (3-4 months) Part-time, with potential for permanent placement. In this role, you will support our grassroots marketing efforts, focus on lead outreach, and attend tabling events—all with the goal of generating excitement, building local awareness, and driving presale memberships before our studio officially opens.

    Responsibilities:

    Marketing

    Promote and attend local events, visit local businesses, and participate in networking opportunities to build studio visibility and brand awareness.

    Generate leads in person by educating and energizing the community about all the benefits of light therapy (must be comfortable standing for extended periods).

    Support event setup and breakdown, including transporting and assembling tents, tables, signage, and materials (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs).

    Complete post-event tasks: enter leads into the CRM, submit event recaps, and track key performance metrics.

    Distribute promotional materials strategically throughout the community to maximize reach and visibility.

    Assist with digital marketing, including creating content for social media, engaging with online audiences, and supporting promotional campaigns.

    Stay current on wellness trends by following digital content and identifying opportunities for partnership or marketing inspiration.

    Track marketing performance, monitor outreach efforts, and share insights with the team and studio owner.

    Support marketing inventory, keeping giveaways, signage, and merchandise stocked and organized.

    Lead Management & Sales

    Nurture warm leads via phone, text, and email to encourage membership conversions.

    Sell presale memberships, contributing directly to the success of the studio launch.

    Maintain accurate lead records using our CRM and VoIP system.

    Assist in executing automated follow-up campaigns via text and email to keep prospects engaged.

    Qualifications:

    1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach—ideally in the fitness or wellness space.

    People person – you’re outgoing, confident, and love building relationships.

    Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet or exceed performance metrics.

    Proven ability in lead generation, customer follow-up, and converting interest into sales.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and digital.

    Comfortable with tech tools and CRM systems.

    Organized, reliable and proactive, with great time management and attention to detail.

    Self-starter, able to work independently and within a small team.

    Reliable transportation to attend events and community activations.

    Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

    Comfortable performing light physical tasks (standing, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
