    The Studio Sales Lead at Orangetheory Fitness Nocatee is a key position focused on driving revenue growth, managing lead generation, and overseeing all sales activities. This role is crucial for optimizing the sales process, from initial lead contact to member retention, and plays a critical role in the studio's overall success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Management:

    New Lead Contacts: Manage and nurture new leads with timely outreach and personalized communication, aiming to convert them into members.

    Ongoing Outreach: Maintain consistent contact with leads who have shown interest but haven’t committed to a class, keeping them engaged.

    Missed Guests: Follow up with guests who attended a class but didn’t convert to membership, with the goal of closing the sale.

    Win-Back Efforts: Develop and implement strategies to re-engage and convert previous members who have canceled their memberships.

    Revenue Target Achievement:

    Sales Goals: Set and achieve specific revenue targets to ensure the studio meets its financial objectives.

    Game Planning and Goal Setting: Collaborate with team members to create strategic plans and set achievable sales goals.

    CRM and Portal Management: Manage all sales-related activities within the CRM and Portal dashboard, ensuring proper outreach cadence.

    Sales Training and Development:

    Training: Lead sales training sessions for the staff, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

    Role-Playing: Conduct regular role-playing exercises with team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness in sales pitches.

    New Business Development:

    Referral Business: Drive new business by generating referrals from existing members.

    Community Outreach Events: Organize and participate in community outreach events to build brand awareness and attract new leads.

    B2B Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to create opportunities for corporate memberships and partnerships.

    Requirements:

    Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with potential members, establish rapport quickly, and build trust.

    Organizational Skills: Persistence and organization to manage multiple leads simultaneously, with proficiency in CRM tools to track and schedule follow-up activities.

    Sales Experience: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
