This role requires you to assist all clients and guests as needed and to establish relationships to support member growth and retention. The Studio Sales Manager is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. First and foremost, the SSM’s primary responsibility is to drive membership sales within the studio. Additionally, the SSM orchestrates delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction and performance relative to the studio’s revenue goals. Prior sales experience in the health and wellness industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Drive membership sales to each prospective client that come into Stretch Zone as a guest.
Promote the value of practitioner assisted stretching by hitting sales goals, encouraging add on sessions and actively working to improve your personal sales skills.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door, scheduling all consultations, answering the phone and addressing client concerns.
Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with all clients and team members.
