Sub Teacher Source (STS) is a premier educational staffing agency working with schools nationwide to address their staffing needs. We hire talented candidates to join our premier team of substitute teachers. We are hiring dedicated, punctual, flexible, professional & dependable substitutes. We operate during school hours Monday-Friday. No work during summers and holidays.

We are currently hiring for the 2023-2024 school year.

Starting Salary: $180-$200 Per Day

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Creating lesson plans
• Assigning grades
• Managing the classroom effectively
• Adapting teaching methods to fit the needs of students
• Supervising students in and out of the classroom
• Providing in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan

Qualifications:

• Certified – Bachelor's Degree and FL Educator Certification
• Non-Certified - Minimum of 60 College Credit
• 2.0 or Higher Grade Point Average
• Can pass a criminal background check through Duval Charter School Office 
• Are legally registered to work in the USA
• Florida Substitute ID Badge-Preferred
• Must be able to work a minimum of two weekly assignments
