    We're looking for a Subscriptions Operations Specialist to join our team! __

    Role Overview :

    The Subscription Operations Specialist bridges technical teams and stakeholders, managing subscription platforms and processes for Aroma360, Hotel Collection, Hotel Scents, and international markets. This role ensures the seamless functionality of subscription systems, oversees technical projects, maintains accurate data, and supports UX enhancements, all aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project and Platform Management :

    • Collaborate with technical teams to manage and execute subscription-related projects.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects and updates to subscription systems.
    • Oversee Ordergroove data inputs, reporting, and platform operations to maintain system efficiency.

    Operational Support :

    • Manage product updates, including swaps, out-of-stock items, and product details, across subscription platforms.
    • Work closely with fulfillment teams to align updates with operational workflows, ensuring smooth customer interactions.

    Product Maintenance :

    • Regularly clean and organize data within Ordergroove and other platforms to maintain accuracy.
    • Support reliable reporting and enable informed decision-making through consistent data management.

    Subscriber Perks Delivery :

    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of subscriber perks such as gift cards, free gifts, and anniversary rewards to enhance customer satisfaction.

    UX and Subscription Management :

    • Apply UX design principles to optimize subscription interfaces for seamless user interactions.
    • Maintain a frictionless subscription experience, providing clear and actionable account management options for users.

    Subscriber-centric Content Management :

    • Monitor and update website pages to clearly present subscription products, offers, perks, and educational content in a user-friendly format.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure website accuracy and functionality.

    Subscription Portal Offers & Swaps:

    • Keep the subscriber upsell portal updated with the latest products and compelling offers to boost revenue.
    • Manage product swap groups to enable easy product trials for subscribers, ensuring an intuitive and seamless navigation experience.
    • Perform frequent testing to ensure the portal functions correctly.

    Key Competencies

    • Platform Expertise : Proficiency in subscription and e-commerce platforms such as Ordergroove, Salesforce, Shopify Plus, and Recharge.
    • Operational Understanding : Strong grasp of operational workflows and data maintenance practices.
    • Project Management : Proven ability to manage technical projects and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Collaboration Skills : Exceptional communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • Attention to Detail : A meticulous approach to data management and user experience optimization.
