We have a great engineering client of ours who is seeking a Structural Engineering Manager for their Houston/Katy Engineering Firm. As the Engineering Manager you will Lead and Mentor a team of structural engineers and take a technical lead on some great offshore and subsea structural engineering projects, with a primary focus of managing the client(s). You will attend client meetings, manage engineering scopes, and play an intricate part of managing existing scopes of work as well as gaining new scopes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Structural Engineering or Naval Architecture
• 2+ years in a Supervisory/Lead/Managerial role managing scopes of subsea/offshore work
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with ANSYS is huge plus
• SACS experience a plus
• May have some travel involed (client meetings, etc)
• Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
