Substance Abuse Prevention Counselor Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or mental health related field. Duties will include obtaining pertinent data of individuals receiving services to determine service needed and to make adequate referral and to ensure services are provided. The Substance Abuse Prevention Counselor provides direct services to individuals and participates in the center programs such as staff meetings.
