    Pennsylvania Licensed (Back-Up Doc) Integrity Psychological Services is a mid-sized outpatient group psychology practice seeking a psychiatrist to serve as the Substitute Collaborating Physician for a seasoned Psychiatric Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. This fully remote position does not require direct patient care and will only require direct involvement in the event that the PMHNP requires consultation with the primary collaborating doctor and they are not available (eg. vacations, etc). Our clients are typically low-acuity professionals who are psychologically minded and motivated for treatment making this the perfect "side gig" for a retired/semi-retired psychiatrist or an early/mid-career professional still working on paying back those student loans. Responsibilities: • Provide clinical guidance and support to nurse practitioner, as needed in the absence of the primary collaborating physician, to ensure high standards of psychiatric care. • Be available for remote consultation to offer expertise and support with any complex cases, if needed. • Ensure that all practices comply with state laws and regulations related to NP supervision. • Communicate effectively with NP and foster open communication to promote a collaborative treatment environment. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to the collaborative agreement as required by state regulations. • Remain current with best practices, advances in psychiatry, and changes in healthcare regulations that impact NP practice. Qualifications: • Active and unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in Pennsylvania. • Board-certified in Psychiatry. • Prior experience in a collaborating physician role is ideal but not required. • Excellent verbal and written skills. • Maintains active professional liability insurance. Compensation: $300 month as retainer fee
