    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Site Lead for School age students to join our team! As the Site lead you will be responsible for implementing the already in place age-appropriate programs, activities, and curricula for the Students in our program. You will also support the current staff, manage scheduling and administrative requirements as needed. Bring positive communication to the team, and provide a positive environment for all staff and families. You will help implement new strategies to grow and expand our outreach. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of child development and education, and experience managing staff.

    Responsibilities

    As a Site Lead, you will play a crucial role in our success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Center Management: You will oversee the center's daily operations during instructional hours, ensuring that all activities adhere to our standards and procedures. Your goal will be to foster a positive and conducive learning environment for our students.

    Student Enrollment: You are tasked with driving the center's growth by actively promoting our programs within the local community. This will involve collaboration with schools and community organizations to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation.

    Instructional Excellence: You will ensure that all instructors are proficient in the Stemtree teaching method, maintaining a consistent level of quality across our educational offerings. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and training to our instructors to uphold our high standards.

    Reporting and Communication: You will be responsible for generating regular reports on the center's performance and addressing any operational issues swiftly. Effective communication with the center owners is key to keeping them informed about the center's activities.

    Local Marketing and Events: Your participation in local marketing initiatives and sales events is essential to increase our reach. You will represent Stemtree in a professional manner, building strong relationships within the community.

    Administrative Duties: You will handle various administrative tasks that contribute to the center's operational efficiency. This includes managing the opening and closing procedures of the facility on business days.

    Qualifications

    The required licensing/certification to perform this role

    Past experience working with children

    Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education is preferred

    Demonstrated experience managing a team

    Deep understanding of school age services, child development, and education
