Position Summary: Our Success Coaches for Career Services are advocates and guides for our clients, including justice-involved individuals, helping them to remove barriers and create a success plan that leads to new employment or advancement in their current employment. This role is in-person and requires working with clients through all communication channels: email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Success Coaches are deeply caring individuals motivated to see their clients succeed through one-on-one or group coaching sessions that connect clients to training pathways, assess needs, and provide wrap-around support. Success Coaches are team players with a commitment to collaborative work streams and a heightened level of initiative to get things done. Success Coaches also prioritizes building trust and strong relationships with clients. These services often address practical challenges that can prevent people from advancing, like financial constraints, lack of transportation, limited access to childcare, or insufficient job skills • Case Management Coordination: Ensure that seamless and comprehensive services are delivered to the individual, providing coordinated service options and resources to meet their needs, resulting in positive outcomes for individuals served. The populations that we serve can range from underemployed to individuals that are justice-involved. Serve as the main contact and coordinator for the individual and other involved partners, persons, or agencies throughout the client’s journey • Documentation: Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of individuals served by following established procedures, guidelines, funder requirements, and laws. Organize and report essential caseload information on a regular basis to support program and organizational goals within Caseworthy Qualifications: Required Knowledge Skills: • Strong organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve required outcomes • Adaptive and open to change and flexibility within the job • Proven verbal and written communication skills • Capable of multi-tasking • Independent decision-making skills • Experience successfully managing a caseload • Knowledge of data privacy requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Ability to work in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and the ability to accurately enter data into computer-based systems • Must have a valid driver's license Prior Experience Education: • Relevant experience required (1-3 years) • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Compensation: $38,500
