Role: SuccessFactors EC/EC Time Lead

Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)

Duration: 9 Months

(Travel as needed to the client location, expenses will be taken care by the client)

Job description:

· We are looking for a seasoned and passionate SuccessFactors Time Management consultant who can thrive in challenging situations to work on delivering cutting edge SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central HR Core and Time Management (Time off, Time Sheet, Time Tracking) application solutions for our clients.

· Independently lead an implementation, where you will be conducting client workshops, gather requirements, and provide conceptual design for Employee Central Time Tracking and HR Core.

· Closely collaborate with offshore teams to design and build complex working solutions for our clients. Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure timelines are met.

· Work closely with client stakeholders and business teams and develop strong client relationships.

· Develop clear presentation materials and implementation documents for design, build and testing.

· Update Jira for tracking deliverables

· Design and build, Testing, Go-live, hyper care support

· Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements

· Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented for our client

· Support in escalations to provide timely solutions

· Participate in Business process workshops and in the planning of process implementation to ensure quality HXM process models are adopted.

Education needed? Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and Employee Central Core
