    Job Description

    JOB OVERVIEW

     

    As a member of the customer service team, you will engage with our customers and assist them with the various aspects of placing and tracking orders. You will also be a primary conduit of information, leads and questions to our sales team.

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Initiating conversations with and replying in a timely manner to customers via phone, chat, or email

    • Assisting customers with the website, eCard and package order support and general inquiries

    • Acquiring a working knowledge of all Sugarwish products and offerings, including seasonal options throughout the year

    • Relaying sales questions and new leads to the sales team

    • Communicating using an array of digital platforms including Slack, Gmail, RingCentral, Trello, ShipStation, Insightly CRM and the Sugarwish Admin Portal

    • Promoting and maintaining a positive attitude and the “Yes, I Candy” approach to service both internally with co-workers and externally with customers

    • Depending on experience and need, assisting the design or special projects teams

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Familiarity with digital platforms including Slack, Gmail, RingCentral, Trello, ShipStation, Insightly CRM and Laravel preferred

    • Customer Service experience highly desirable

    • Retail experience

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Work from Home

    • M-F; 12PM (MT) - 7PM (MT)
