    Job Description

    Work from home or office. We are one of the larges Hotel purchasing companies in the United States handling Hotel, Restaurant, Club and luxury residential purchasing consultant activities. We are looking for a Project Manager Position to Provide corporate purchasing activities for with our national and international trade vendors and overall management direction of design and execution on multiple hotel renovations and new build projects. Duties including, managing other staff and purchasing related activities such as resolving receiving, invoice or inventory discrepancies, and coordinating inbound freight logistics of Furniture Fixtures and Equipment. Interact with Hotel design and ownership groups regarding design and budget, to establish all necessary criteria to negotiate and award all sub-contract and supplier agreements. Work closely with the internal sales, project, and accounting teams to ensure purchasing functions support and fulfill the needs of our customers. Interact effectively and efficiently with project and corporate personnel to ensure a well-managed project. Key Duties and Responsibilities

    · Lead Project Management that includes project scheduling and review, inspection, budgeting, change orders and review, issue follow-up and contract management.

    Schedule and facilitate weekly zoom project meetings, confirm documents, maintain schedules, provide project status reports, and project meeting agendas and minutes for client projects

    · Provide oversight of all in office staff and the day-to-day portion of the business with a goal of better positioning firm both financially and operationally

    · Assist with the establishment of realistic short and long-range project goals and objectives

    · Identify, evaluate and communicate to all levels of project new concepts of technology (i.e. materials and product) and assist in their introduction and utilization

    · · Work closely with project executives to define project goals, objectives and programming

    · Review design documentation and specification to assure project compliance

    · Interact intimately with the design and ownership teams on all FF&E project details

    · Assist in developing FF&E matrix for all room configurations, types and product counts

    · Facilitate all FF&E related documentation including but limited to pricing, vendor negotiations, budget development for the Client

    · Facilitates budget development through pricing and negotiations with selected vendors

    · Negotiate most aggressive pricing from vendors and renegotiate as required

    · Review all documentation for accuracy

    · Distribute initial FF&E Invoicing round to client

    · Ensure the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders to meet customer requirements and project schedules

    · Evaluate and select the best carrier for freight of FF&E to end location

    · Track all product vendors or 3rd party freight logistic companies to ensure schedule compliance from issuance of PO through delivery to end-user

    · Provide continuous, accurate feedback and facilitate communication and resolution of all project issues

    · Coordinate with relevant parties and vendors to resolve receiving discrepancies and issues

    · Evaluate and approve freight invoices for payment and reconcile any discrepancies

    · Add and maintain vendors in a Vendor Master File (VMF)

    · Engage in positive interaction with client throughout the project so as to establish a relationship leading to future projects. Qualifications · Highly proficient in current software for Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc. You will be tested on these so please do not apply for this position unless you have in depth knowledge on the above.

    · Type minimum of 40wpm

    · Experience working with project teams

    · Working knowledge of FF&E terms means and methods

    · Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict, reach agreements and settle disputes.

    · Can think and act independently with confidence. Has personal fortitude and integrity when faced with challenges Education · 5 Years’ Experience in specific field of Hospitality FF&E/OS&E Procurement or BA degree in related field (Design, Procurement, Architecture, Project Management).

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
