    Pfizer Futures

    If you’re a college student, Pfizer Futures is your chance to gain real-world, impactful work experience for 10-12 weeks during the summer. This U.S. program offers undergraduate Freshman-Seniors, the opportunity to grow and develop into the next Pfizer Colleague. 

    With opportunities across the Enterprise, Pfizer Futures interns will support their division’s goals and initiatives while building relationships and learning about Pfizer. 

    The 2025 Pfizer Futures application portal will be open from October 15, 2024, to December 15, 2024. 

    Applications and placements for this program are reviewed on a rolling basis.

    Responsibilities

    Pfizer’s Compliance Division, including its Enterprise Compliance, Regulatory Quality Assurance, Global Security, and Ombuds teams, focuses on identification, mitigation, and monitoring of key enterprise risks and advancing integrity and accountability to enable delivery of Pfizer’s key priorities and objectives the right way.   Consistent with Pfizer’s core business principle that “Trust is Everything” and its commitment to act with integrity, always, we pride ourselves on maintaining and continually evolving industry-leading approaches to risk management and integrity to enable Pfizer to deliver on its purpose, breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.   Compliance role responsibilities may include, (but are not limited to):

    • Support the Global Investigations team within the Compliance Division by collaborating with compliance attorneys, legal analysts and other stakeholders
    • Support Strategic Operations focused on areas including, e.g., project management, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) support, risk-related analytics/modeling, communications, quality management system (QMS) and quality-culture activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Support the Global Programs teams to research, develop, and implement tools, monitoring and analytics, policies, and training related to key risk areas.
    • Support the Commercial Compliance and/or Science, Medicine, and Manufacturing Compliance team in providing proactive risk management support and counsel to Pfizer’s core commercial, research and development, and manufacturing units, with focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks tied to these units’ priorities and advancing a culture of integrity across all levels of these organizations

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. This Program cannot support applicants who require employer sponsored visas now or in the future.
    • Be an undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time university program (an accredited college / university degree program at the time of application)
    • Be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date 
    • Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA as of the most recently completed semester 
    • Be able to commute to a Pfizer location 4+ days a week. Please note, some lab/manufacturing roles may require additional on-site days

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Studying applicable degree (Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Management, Data Analytics, Communications)

The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, educational degree obtained, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.

    In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.

    Pay Rate Range: $26/hr to $29/hr
